【サークル紹介の方法】
本企画における参加費は無料です。
ジャンルごとにサークルカットを並べ、サークルカットからリンクを貼ってサークルごとに個別ウィンドウで表示します。
自家通販でも書店委託でもBoothでも無料DLでもネットプリントでも構いません。
ただし成人向描写のある作品を頒布する場合のみ、年齢確認に関するトラブルの責任を負いかねるため、自家通販による頒布は禁止とさせて頂きます。書店委託やBoothやpixivなどを使って必ず年齢確認ができるようにしてください。

【サークル参加申込】
1.サークルカットをご準備ください。
　サークルカットテンプレート（800px×450px）に従い、カラーまたは白黒の「png」または「jpg」形式にて作成ください。

2.「サークル情報登録用フォーム」から、必要事項を入力してください。
・サークル名
・ハンドルネーム
・メールアドレス
・主に扱うジャンル
・成人向け作品の有無
・サークルカット（1.で作成いただいたファイルをフォーム上で添付いただきます）
必要事項入力後、フォームの送信ボタンを押し、送信してください。

3.サークル参加申込に記入頂いたあと、主催よりサイトに掲載する内容を伺うためのメールを送付します。
ネットプリント以外は 2023/10/5（木）までが〆切、ネットプリントは番号のみ 2023/10/7（土）までが〆切です。必ず期日までの入力をお願い致します。

4.イベント当日になりましたら、登録いただいた内容をもとに、サークルページを公開させていただきます。

【Circle Participation】 【Circle Introduction Method】
Participation fee is free.
We will display promotional images of circles (Circle Cut) for each genre and link to images in a separate window for each circle.
You can use any method you like(e.g. email order, Ko-fi, Booth, free download).
However, you have to use a system that allows age verification only for the distribution of adult-oriented works.

【Application for circle participation】
1.Please prepare your Circle Cut.
Please make Circle Cut in "png" or "jpg" format (color or black and white) according to the circle cut template (800px x 450px).

2. Please fill in the required information on the "Circle Information Registration Form":
　Circle name
　Handle name
　E-mail address
　Main genres of your works
　Whether or not you deal with adult oriented works.
　Circle cutout (Please attach the file you created in step 1 on the form.)
After entering the required information, please click the submit button on the form and send it.

Applications are now closed

3.After you fill out the circle registration form, the organizer will send you an e-mail to ask you what you would like to post on the website.
The deadline for all applications except for Net Print is Thursday, October 5, 2023.
The deadline for Net Print is Saturday, October 7, 2023.Please be sure to enter your information by the deadline.

4.On the day of the event, we will publish your circle page based on the information you have registered.
